INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup (50 g) Rolled Oats
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Scoop of Progenex Belgian Chocolate Recovery
- 2 Tbsp (14 g) Cocoa Powder
- 1 Packet Stevia or 1 Tablespoon of Honey to taste (optional for added sweetness)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a glass container or bowl and mix well with a spoon. Make sure everything is mixed in and there are no dry clumps.
- Once all ingredients are properly mixed, cover and place your Oats into the refrigerator overnight.
- Wake up and take your Progenex Overnight Oats on the go or enjoy them with nice cup of coffee in the privacy of your own home.
