Over Nights Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup (50 g) Rolled Oats 
  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Scoop of Progenex Belgian Chocolate Recovery
  • 2 Tbsp (14 g) Cocoa Powder 
  • 1 Packet Stevia or 1 Tablespoon of Honey to taste (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a glass container or bowl and mix well with a spoon. Make sure everything is mixed in and there are no dry clumps. 
  2. Once all ingredients are properly mixed, cover and place your Oats into the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Wake up and take your Progenex Overnight Oats on the go or enjoy them with nice cup of coffee in the privacy of your own home.
