INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup (50 g) Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 Scoop of Progenex Tropical Vanilla Recovery
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat milk in a saucepan over high heat until the almond milk starts to bubble
- Add in your oats and reduce to medium low
- Cook until the oats start to thicken
- Just until the oats are done cooking add in your scoop of
Progenex Tropical Vanilla Recovery - Pour oats into your favorite bowl
- Top oats with blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes, nut butter, and cinnamon. Enjoy every bite!
